ATMAC installed the HVAC and plumbing services on this two-story, 80,000-square-foot school designed to house pre-K and first grades on the first floor and grades two through five on the second floor.

ATMAC Mechanical worked on Farmers Branch Aquatic Center, completing the plumbing and HVAC work with equipment selection and insulation installation. LG Mini-Split air-conditioning units were installed in the Margaret Young Natatorium to take advantage of changeable panels and allergy reduction filters. Outdoors, ATMAC constructed the plumbing lines for the outdoor splash pool, water slides, lazy river, and lagoon pool.
Outdoor plumbing installations for the Frog Pond include underground pipe for the 400-foot-long lazy river, four water slides and dump bucket, along with a 4-foot-deep lagoon pool. Inside, the Margaret Young Natatorium includes a 25-yard lap pool and warm-water therapy pool as well as shower and locker rooms.
“For municipalities in our area, this is a significant aquatics center,” says Jeff Harting, director of Parks and Recreation for Farmers Branch.
